Binsho's Automated Oil Palm Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) Grading System captures images of incoming FFB consignments into palm oil mills and return grading summary report within minutes to provide an indicative penalty for the payments to the suppliers based on the quality of the FFBs. The solution is built on the basis of Binsho's FFB grading model which is trained based on MPOB grading guidelines. It first scans through the image captured to identify the FFBs. Each FFBs identified will then be processed using Binsho's FFB grading model and a grading summary report will be ready within minutes. All images and information are accessible to the stakeholders involved via Binsho's web applications in real time so that corrective actions can be taken immediately.
