LOOKA UTMS is a system designed for aviation industry application. The application of LOOKA UTMS is specifically made for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) industry, also known as drones.   Currently in Malaysia, the normal process for drone users applying Approval To Fly (ATF) would usually take at least 6 weeks and the application will be sent via email to Civil Aviation Authority Malaysia (CAAM).
