Containerised water filtration system (CWFS) is a fast and cost effective solution to address the clean water supply issue in the rural areas and urban. Using the combination of oxidation, heavy metal absorption and membrane technology, the CWFS is capable of producing drinking water standard (by Ministry of Health) from the multiple source such as tube well, upstream river or rain harvesting. The system is modular and the capacity can be upscale and downscale based on the water demand. In general, it only require 3 months to solve the clean water supply issue at one location.
conventional solution using piping and water treatment plants (WTP) requires long distance piping, pumps house and tanks to maintain the pressure. It requires at least 2 years to complete the construction. Whereas, our system is localize solution which require only minimum piping and using tube well for its source.
The CWFS is dedicated to solve the excess of heavy metal ions in the groundwater. The conventional system is not design to solve the groundwater issue.
The combination of technologies make the CWFS capable of producing drinking water standard which is better than tap water.
We are using mechanical system and the concept of water molecule size reduction, therefore our system is GREEN Technology and good for the ENVIRONMENT.
Since we are not using chemicals for the filtration system, the operating cost is very minimal.
