E-Anfun is a Malaysian-developed odor detection and monitoring solution created to identify, quantify and alert odor issues in real time. Developed by experts at Universiti Malaysia Pahang Al-Sultan Abdullah (UMPSA) since 2010 and commercialized by Synbion Sdn. Bhd., E-Anfun combines a sensitive gas sensor array with an AI-powered odor-profile library. This enables accurate detection of complex volatile organic compounds (VOCs) across various industrial applications. The system is available as both portable and wall-mounted units, allowing continuous or field monitoring to prevent odor pollution, address regulatory compliance, and mitigate community complaints. Its smart analytics provide actionable data, remote monitoring and automatic alerts for fast intervention. Target users include industries such as oil & gas, palm oil, food processing, solid waste management, wastewater treatment, and environmental surveillance agencies.
