It is commonly known among Building Management Officers (BMO) that managing incidents involving elevator is cumbersome. Furthermore, elevator is the life and breathe of high-rise buildings and their malfunction cost a lot of pain to residents and users. Moreover, not all buildings are luxuriously retrofitted with same brand and model. The problem of monitoring elevator status is even more challenging when BMO is monitoring more than one high rise at one time making incident recovery is even more painful. Sena Traffic Systems have innovatively come out with another hardware and digital product solution to ease burden of municipals or BMO of multiple elevator vendors. The E-Logger, Elevator Monitoring and CCTV system is an application developed to speed up the process of information delivered to the lift contractor when elevator alerts faulty signal. This system designed to reduce the consumption time to deliver elevator faulty information to the dedicated contractors as well as to expedite response time, rescue time and maintenance efficiency. The platform is enhanced with a smart hardware switchboard capable of monitoring electrical status of each individual elevator. The smart hardware switchboard will act as end-point device to monitor statuses of elevator and report to server via internet. The user may opt for a dashboard view of the solution for real-time monitoring or subscribe user account for their technicians via our apps on Android. The solution combines and streamlines communication between the party held the most responsibility of managing the elevators and the recovery team, shortening response time and greatly reduce pain of a malfunctioning elevator. Key technical capabilities include: • Monitor the operating status of the lifts and immediately push the notification to the relevant parties, and initiate site support when lift down is detected. • Automated incident alerts triggered by real-time data input to ensure swift action • Integrated with CCTV installed in the lift car to prevent vandalism activities. • Data logging to provide performance statistics of the lift system. • Log history, providing audit trails of elevator/escalator events for: o Post-event analysis o Security investigations o Legal documentation • Live status tracking of elevator and escalator operations including: o Passenger entrapment o Breakdowns o Maintenance mode o Rescue operations • Faster dispatch of service teams and enhanced coordination with recovery personnel • Reduced turnaround time for breakdown resolution and entrapment scenarios • User-friendly interface designed for both management personnel and maintenance technicians
