Gelas2Pasir is a proudly Malaysian innovation designed and developed specifically to reduce the pressure of glass waste on landfills. It crushes glass bottles into a coarse sand-like material, reducing bottle volume by 10:1 and processing up to 300 kg per hour. The portable, wheel-mounted unit has a wide-mouth loading tray, an angled chute to avoid ejected glass particles, an external air filter to minimise dust and a concealed 45 kg collection bin.
Paired with specialised training on glass upcycling techniques, communities become producers capable of generating additional income opportunities—not merely consumers or generators of waste. The collected output can be reused for landscaping, building materials or objects.
Gelas2Pasir is intended for government agencies, local councils, community recycling programmes, schools, universities, conservation organisations, islands, hotels, malls and food-and-beverage operators seeking practical on-site glass volume reduction and local reuse. Naturaall supplies the machine together with operator training, technical support and a 12-month warranty. The solution is designed and fabricated in Malaysia, enabling local after-sales support and programme implementation.
