The LEDissimo 300mm High Flux RAG Full Ball Traffic Light is developed to address these challenges through an integrated, system-level design approach. The solution combines red, amber, and green LED optical modules within a robust signal head housing engineered for long-term outdoor deployment. Mechanical robustness is achieved through the use of fibre-reinforced polycarbonate housing, compliance with wind loading requirements, and structural features that ensure stability and ease of installation.
Optical performance is maintained through high-impact polycarbonate spreading windows and glare-minimising visor finishes, ensuring accurate colour representation, high visibility, and consistent photometric performance across varying viewing angles and ambient lighting conditions. Thermal stability and electronic reliability are supported by an integrated aluminium cooling plate, embedded heat sink capability, and full tropicalisation, enabling continuous operation across a wide temperature range.
With integrated power supply, moisture-control drainage design, and energy-efficient LED operation, the LEDissimo traffic signal light delivers a maintenance-efficient, energy-efficient, and standards-compliant solution. The system has been proven in real-world urban deployments, including DBKL installations, demonstrating its suitability as a reliable traffic signal solution for modern road traffic management systems.
