Harumanis is one of the rarest and unique mango-type species in Malaysia and is only
available in the short season (around March to May). Harumanis is high in soluble fiber which
is good for human digestion. It also has high nutritional values, and rich vitamins A, B, C,
Magnesium, and Potassium with a sweet fragrance and unique taste.
Latok is high in collagen sources. It contains iron, zinc, calcium, and fiber. Thus, it is even
recommended to be consumed by pregnant women, adolescents, and teenagers for its high
calcium content in their body growth and development. Latok also has large amounts of
