Planned Way Forward to Accelerate Commercialization
MIW’s strategy to strengthen and accelerate commercialization focuses on three key areas:

Expand Production Capacity: Upgrading to a larger facility with semi-automated pulping lines will increase production from 30 tons to over 100 tons of RCP per month, meeting the growing demand from manufacturers and FMCG brands.

Deepen Industry Partnerships: Through the M-Liner Cycle program, MIW aims to secure long-term feedstock agreements with label converters and establish structured offtake pipelines with downstream manufacturers, enabling rapid and reliable commercialization of RCP-based products.

Accelerate Market Adoption: MIW will obtain key certifications (Food Safety, FSC), strengthen R&D with USM to improve material performance, and launch a customer-facing digital impact dashboard to quantify CO₂ savings and waste diversion.
